In the vibrant Bombay of the 1970s, the EASTERN team embarked on a mission to redefine Mithai Making as an art form. They pioneered a new era by using chemical-free whole milk and infusing it with exquisite saffron from the lush Pampore fields of Kashmir. This dedication to excellence led to the creation of the iconic Kesar Malai Peda, symbolizing the achievement of their pre-independence vision: embracing SWADESHI over VIDESHI.
